At UTV Wolfpack, we build high-quality off-road components designed to perform in demanding environments. We're a small, hands-on team and we stand behind our workmanship.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
UTV Wolfpack offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.
If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Repair broken welds or components to a standard we determine to be structurally safe
- Replace the product if it is deemed non-repairable
All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of UTV Wolfpack.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Defects in material
- Defects in workmanship
- Weld failures resulting from manufacturing defects
If a repair is possible and safe, we will attempt to repair the product rather than replace it. If the product is determined to be non-repairable due to a verified manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:
- Negligence
- Abuse or misuse
- Rollovers
- Accidents
- Impact damage
- Improper installation
- Modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Racing incidents or extreme competition use
If a product fails due to negligence, abuse, a rollover, or an accident, UTV Wolfpack reserves the right to deny the warranty claim, or help in any way we can. Bent components from impact are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To properly evaluate a warranty claim, please submit:
- Clear photos of the entire vehicle (front to back)
- Close-up photos of the damaged part
- Photos taken from approximately 3, 4, and 5 feet away, clearly showing the overall condition of the vehicle and mounting area
- A detailed written explanation describing exactly what happened
Failure to provide proper documentation may delay or void the warranty process. Email photos and details to utvwolfpack@gmail.com, or use the form below.
Proof of Purchase Required
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser. You must provide a valid receipt from UTV Wolfpack or an authorized UTV Wolfpack dealer. Without proof of purchase, your warranty claim may be denied.
Missing Parts
If your order arrived missing components, use the form below to let us know. Please be as descriptive as possible about what's missing and include your order number — we'll get the missing items shipped out within a few business days.
30-Day Return Policy (Unused Items)
Not a warranty issue — just need to send something back? UTV Wolfpack offers a 30-day return window (from the shipment date) on unused, unscratched parts in their original packaging.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply
- Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back — email utvwolfpack@gmail.com or use the form below with your order number
How to Return an Item
- Place the item in the original shipping box, if possible
- Include the packing slip, or a note with your order number
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Securely tape the box shut
- Contact us for return shipping instructions before shipping it back
Shipping Timelines
Domestic orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. We can't guarantee same-day shipping regardless of the shipping method selected — part or all of an order may be delayed due to item availability.
