UTV Wolfpack stands behind the quality and workmanship of their products and will replace any suspension component failure due to a defect in material and/or manufacturing for a period of one (1) year of purchase from an authorized dealer or 

Disclaimer: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes or damages due to driver abuse. Pictures will need to be submitted to claims and description of failure, UTV Wolfpack will determine will determine if parts are manufacture defect or driver abuse. 

What proof of purchase or proof of warranty coverage is required?

UTV WOLFPACK prides itself on offering high-quality UTV vehicle parts and accessories. We create and sell products that are built to perform and to last. When requesting a warranty replacement, we may require proof that the claim is valid. In this regard, we may ask you to:

  1. Send a photograph of your damaged product
  2. Return your product to us for warranty coverage verification
  3. Send a photograph of your receipt for the purchase of the product
  4. Provide us such other proof to allow us to determine the validity of warranty coverage on your claim.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the defective product to UTV Wolfpack at their expense. UTV Wolfpack cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. If UTV Wolfpack, at its sole discretion, determines from the written correspondence and/or proof of claim items submitted that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then it will replace the product. If a warranted product is no longer sold by UTV Wolfpack, we may replace it with the closest similar product of equal or lesser value.

UTV Wolfpack, feels that this is the best warranty in the business, and we want to provide unsurpassed customer service in honoring valid warranty claims. We do however reserve the right to pursue action, up to and including legal action, against those who abuse our 1 year Warranty Policy.

Refund Policy Within 30 days:

UTV Wolfpack guarantees 100% satisfaction on all products. If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from, you may return it for a full refund within the 30-day return period (from the shipment date) parts must be unused, or scratched.  

*Note: original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer Return Instructions:

1. Place the item you wish to return in the original shipping box, if possible. 
2. Include the packing slip if possible and completed Return Form. 
3. Include all original packaging materials, manuals and accessories, if possible. 
4. Close the box and secure it with packing tape or a similar adhesive.
Cross out existing shipping labels (if using original shipping box) and apply the attached UPS return label to the outside of the original box.

Domestic Orders

Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 12:00 PM PST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability.
