At Wolfpack Motorsports, we manufacture high-quality off-road components designed to perform in demanding environments. We are a small, family-run business and stand behind our workmanship.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Wolfpack Motorsports offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.
If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product

Repair broken welds or components to a standard we determine to be structurally safe

Replace the product if it is deemed non-repairable
All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Wolfpack Motorsports.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

Defects in material
-
Defects in workmanship
-
Weld failures resulting from manufacturing defects
If a repair is possible and safe, we will attempt to repair the product rather than replace it.
If the product is determined to be non-repairable due to a verified manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

Negligence
-
Abuse or misuse
-
Rollovers
-
Accidents
-
Impact damage
-
Improper installation
-
Modifications or alterations
-
Racing incidents or extreme competition use
If a product fails due to negligence, abuse, rollover, or accident, Wolfpack Motorsports reserves the right to deny the warranty claim, Or try and help in any way we can.
Bent components from impact are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To properly evaluate a warranty claim, you must submit:

Clear photos of the entire vehicle (front to back)

Close-up photos of the damaged part

Photos taken from approximately:

3 feet away
-
4 feet away
-
5 feet away
-

A detailed written explanation describing exactly what happened
Photos must clearly show the overall condition of the vehicle and mounting areas.
Failure to provide proper documentation may delay or void the warranty process.
